  1. Reducing High Blood Pressure- Lemons contain potassium. Having a glass of water mixed with the juice from one whole lemon will reduce symptoms of nausea and dizziness.

  2. Relieve Depression, Stress and Fatigue- Lighten your mood with some lemon water. Symptoms of depression will suddenly dissipate. Fatigue can be relieved by making a hole in a lemon and drinking the juice from it through a straw.
