I know there is a lot of negative feedback out there about Daily Survey, but there is also some positive feedback. I’ve had readers that have had no problems and received their items. Of course this concerns me because I want to bring you these good deals (especially the FREE ones) but I also don’t want you to lose any money. So I emailed my contact Charlie and told him of my concerns. He said they are a new company, about 1 year old but like any other retailer they do get complaints. Well I have been reading around about this site with such “great deals”. Turns out more often then not people get ripped off and never receive their item and can never get a hold of customer service. Just FYI
I ordered the camera and it took almost a month to get here. Of course, I live in Hawaii and it came USPS (or slow boat to china!). But it has arrived and my kids can’t wait to use it.
