My Thoughts: I don’t know about you, but I still have a pile of papers from Kindergarten last year that I hate to part with. I want to keep the memories of what my daughter learned in Kindergarten, but we don’t have the room to keep them all. That’s why I was so excited to receive the NeatDesk scanner because I was able to scan all her papers in and keep them all!

The NeatDesk was very simple to install and within minutes it was up and running. It’s a nice compact size that fits on my desk for easy access. I immediately began scanning in her papers and saving them to my computer in a file just for her stuff. I loved how easy it was to scan things since I could load more than one piece of paper at a time. The program is very easy to use and I was able to organize everything on my computer within the NestDesk software.

When I returned home from BlogHer, I scanned all my business cards in with the NeatDesk and was able to toss the pile. Less clutter and nicely organized on my computer, and backed up just in case of a problem. I was also able to scan in my receipts as well, since it was a business trip and I’ll need all that for tax time.

This is extremely handy for a working mom as I can keep everything in once place, and a place where I spend most of my time – in my computer!

    I have 4 children at home. I would use this machine to scan all their medical and dental records to prepare them for cds for them when they go out on their own as they are getting to that age.     What wouldn’t I use this for! I’d scan my daughter’s medical records as she has type one diabetes. I’d scan all my son’s reports from all his therapists (he has special needs). I’d scan all my medical receipts so I’d be more organized at tax time.

    I would use it for so many things – keeping track of the paperwork for our charity work with the Undy 5000, paperwork for my m-i-l and the home healthcare and insurance stuff, our bills and receipts and the recipes I amass. The paper jungle would be cut down to size!
