I’ve always wanted to try Zumba and I finally did. It’s much harder than I thought! Well actually I didn’t expect it to be easy, especially since I’m not in the best shape ever, but I thought I could at least follow along. NOPE. LOL However, after a few times, it got a little easier but the fact that it’s hard for me is a GOOD thing because that means it’s actually going to work — if I keep doing it. So that’s my goal to keep doing it.
Besides, it’s fun – the music is awesome and my kids think it’s hilarious watching mommy ‘try’ to move like the video! If anything, it’s just plain ole fun!
