I love that they make a Sugar-Free version as well.  Everyone should be able to have one once in a while, don’t you think?  We received a variety of Peeps to try including the Chocolate Covered Raspberry hearts and I have to say, while I’m not a fan of Peeps on their own, I’m in love with them dipped in Chocolate!  First of all I’m a snob when it comes to chocolate but this chocolate was absolutely delicious!    And mixed with the Raspberry cream…. well lets just say it’s a good thing we only had two of them!  They are really good.  My husband loves Dark Chocolate so I’m putting those aside for him and will give them to him on Valentine’s Day.

I love baking with Peeps and adding them to the top of cupcakes for a special treat.  I think I’ll bake some cupcakes on Valentine’s Day and add some Peeps to them for a fun surprise for the girls and their friends when they come home from school.  Such an easy thing to add to an already fun treat, to make it even more fun.
