If school hasn’t already started in your area then it will be soon. My oldest starts Kindergarten in 2 weeks and while I’m excited for her to begin the adventure into the public school system (ours is good, thankfully!) I’m also a little sad because it just proves that she is growing up, very quickly!
But it’s happening so I must deal with it. And that includes shopping for back to school items. I remember heading to the mall in August when I was young with my parents and my brother to buy cloths for the new school year. It’s just what you do! I was excited when I was contacted by a representative from TJ Maxx & Marshall’s asking me if I’d like to do some back to school shopping and share my finds with my readers. I knew I’d get some good deals at either store, as I have in the past.
Once I got back from BlogHer I headed out to TJ Maxx (there is one in town here so it’s much easier to shop there) to get my oldest some back to school cloths. They have a great selection and the prices are amazing! I picked up 4 two-piece outfits and some socks for $50.96… amazing! Especially considering if I bought these outfits elsewhere I would of spent over $100.
Holly was more than happy to model her new cloths for me so I decided rather than just showing you the outfits, I’d show you them on her. So much better to see something on someone than on a hanger.
(I must tell you first, my daughter thinks she’s a superstar and breaks out in a pose or into a dance at random times, especially when she is in front of the camera!)
