Red, White & Blue Jello Cups

Red, White & Blue Jello Cups

For our 4th of July get togethers I love making these cute Red, White & Blue Jello Cups and they are always a huge hit - with the kids and adults!  We made everything ahead of time except for the whipped cream and then we assembled them right before we served them.  They were simple and really yummy.   You could ultimately use any colors for this but we did the Red and Blue Jello since it was the 4th of July. Don't they look so pretty all together! We were trying to keep it low sugar or really carb free but she couldn't find sugar-free blue jello.  I can't remember the last time I had regular jello so when I got to the blue I noticed a big difference in taste but it was really good! ...

Pampered Chef Taco Ring Recipe – Yum!

Pampered Chef Taco Ring Recipe – Yum!

Many years ago when I had a Pampered Chef party at my house, the host made this Taco Ring and we loved it! I used to make it all the time when we had company over and then stopped.  Once I had kids I did things the easy way - either having someone else do it for me or buy it.  So eventually I just forgot about this recipe. When planning my  New Year's Eve menu, I remembered it and added it to the menu.  My husband was so excited!  It was just as good as we remembered and my husband and I looked at each other and agreed I had to start making this again. The kids loved it too.    While at Aldi recently I grabbed some crescent rolls and when planning my menu for this week I saw them in the...

Kikkoman Soy Sauce Ice Cream Recipe Yes you read that right, the title of this post is Soy Sauce Ice Cream!  Crazy right?  While at BlogHer in NYC this month, Kikkoman had for our tasting pleasure, some Soy Sauce Ice Cream.  They don't make it normally, they just had it for the booth which I thought was pretty neat.  However I didn't try it, I just couldn't fathom the idea of it but I heard it was pretty good. They sent me the recipe that they used and I thought it might be fun to share it with you all today.  So if you try it, let me know what you think.  They said most people told them "it tastes like salted caramel".   Interesting!! SOY SAUCE ICE CREAM Ingredients 3 eggs, separated 5 ...
