My Thoughts: I received a P.F. Chang’s New Year package whic included Two P. F. Chang’s Home Menu noodle entrees, a $10 gift certificate to enjoy at any P.F. Chang’s China Bistro, two Paper lanterns, a Chinese calendar and a Special “Year of the Dragon” T-shirt. We enjoyed the two meals – Firecracker Shrimp and Chicken Teriyaki – a lot and I love how easy they are to prepare. Perfect for a quick meal on a night you don’t have a lot of time. The girls loved the lanterns and we hung one in each of their rooms – so glad they sent me two or I would of been in trouble. Then also enjoyed looking at the Chinese calendar and it opened up a nice discussion to teach them. Those opportunities are always nice!
