Decorate Your Home for the 4th of July with Dollar Store Items
So we headed to the Dollar Store this week to grab some bubbles and water table toys. I was pleasantly surprised to see two end caps FILLED with party decorations for our 4th July Party! Of course we picked up a haul and plan to go back for the Star American Flag Helium Balloons on Thursday!
Here’s what we found:
- 2 packs American Flag Paper Plates
- 2 Garlands – we are making headbands
- 2 Patriotic Banners – to use for the deck decorations
- 1 pack napkins
- 1 Happy 4th July Banner
- 1 USA Sign
- 1 24 ct. cupcake liners with Flags
- 1 American Flag that Hangs Vertically
The store also had LOTS of Red, White and Blue plastic serving bowls, patriotic balloon weights and super cute paper lanterns (they would look super cute hanging in the trees!). So stop by your local Dollar Store this weekend and pick up some cute party decor that won’t cost you an arm and a leg!
I’m a sucker for Americana decor. My entire living room is decked out in Americana decor all summer long. I feel that summer is a celebration of Americans! It’s kinda like a tribute to those who have served and are currently serving!
I have to be honest, it never occurred to me that Dollar Tree carried such cute items for the 4th. I don’t get to go there often as there isn’t one very close, but I love the things that you picked up for less than $15!. I will make it there before the 4th I hope! Thanks for the reminder.
