If you’ve been looking at Cervical Pillows, I’ve been using this one for two months and I love it! I’m a back sleeper mostly, but I do like to sleep on my side from time to time. But the problem is, my shoulders and upper arms hurt in the morning from sleeping on my side.
This pillow is made to be able to sleep on your side. The positioning of my neck, allows me to keep my shoulder tucked in rather than up and under my pillow. And my other arm fits nicely on the corner of the pillow, without being in my face.
The material is very comfortable, it’s soft, but not too soft where I sink into it, but soft to the touch. I highly recommend this pillow. It’s a little on the expensive side, but it works great so it’s worth the extra money.
