Halloween is not only fun for my girls, but fun for me too. Mostly because I’m a HUGE chocolate lover. For Halloween, we trick or treat in the small town we live in. They close down one street and the stores pass out treats to the kids. We love it because there are so many kids there dressed up for the occasion and it’s a lot of fun. This will be the 6th year we go and I can not wait.
My girls are both going to be Ariel this year. I think it’s adorable that they want to dress the same. However, the costumes are different so they aren’t exactly the same.
We don’t pass out candy at our house because we live on the main road and don’t get any trick or treaters but now that both my girls are in school, I make up little goodie bags for the kids in their class and of course, the bags include at least one kind of Hershey’s chocolate. My absolutely favorite is Reese’s so I usually save those for myself (yes I’m that kind of person) but I will put some other kind of Hershey’s chocolate in there for sure… after all what’s better than Hershey’s?? Nothing in my book!

PS: I shop the sales the day after Halloween to gather more candy and send it to work with my husband. They’ve already begun putting in their requests!
