My Thoughts: I’m a mother so sleep to me doesn’t always come easy and if it does, then it’s inturupted easily. My kids are finally pretty good sleepers but they get up early. I don’t always have to get up as early as them since they are a little bigger now, but they still inturpt me non-stop. And then there are those occasional nights that they wake up. It doesn’t happen to often but it does still happen.
I love to sleep. I always have.
If I am sick, I will take NyQuil to help me sleep…. even after I was feeling better, perhaps a day longer than I needed to. It just works so well! I won’t have to do that anymore because now with ZzzQuil I can get the sleep I need without having to be sick. The berry flavor isn’t bad at all and it works really well in helping me fall asleep.
When I have a lot going on, there are times I get to bed and I just can’t stop thinking about what I have to do so this will come in handy those times.
