My Thoughts: I’m very bad about flossing. I’m very honest about it too! I’m sure you can’t really lie to the dentist about whether you floss or not because I’m sure they know just by looking at your teeth so lying will get you no where.
I do try to floss maybe like once a month but that probably isn’t very helpful even though I tell myself that it’s better than nothing. But perhaps that will change now that we have Stim-U Dent in the house.
There are 40 in a pack and the package I received have 4 packs so we have a total of 160 ‘picks’. I’m guessing we should get a good report from the dentist next time we go if you use these until then!
I pulled out a package and the sticks are all stuck together, they are pieces of wood but thicker than a toothpick and slim so they work nicely to clean in between most teeth. They are super simple to use and they have a nice mint flavor which I love.
My plan is to keep these right next to the toothpaste so I use them more often. Then once it becomes a habit, I’ll be all set!
