We are getting closer and closer to the end of Tax season and since I’m always looking for a deal, it doesn’t mean I don’t want to save on my taxes too! I’m sure some of you are probably all done (not me!), but if your looking to do your own taxes you may qualify to file for FREE. Check out these companies:
Not everyone qualifies for FREE filing but check to see if you do. I’ve used both Turbo Tax and H&R Block at Home Software and I find them both very easy to use and so much cheaper than paying someone. I found Turbo Tax especially to be super user friendly and I like how it keeps track of your return (or payment yikes!) as you add your information. You can see how certain deductions affect your total.
If you are a blogger make sure you claim everything you’ve made even if you didn’t receive a 1099. Not all companies will send them especially if you didn’t make $600. But you still must claim it!
