Boco Java has some really good coffee.  I wish they made K cups for my Keurig.  But they roast and grind the coffee fresh for each order, which is really nice! Coffee is considered ‘Roaster Fresh’ for approximately 45 days after roasting (half that time if the coffee is pre-ground). To ensure that customers get the best cup of coffee, they don’t start roasting until you place your order. They also label each bag with the date the coffee was roasted or ‘born’.
