My first thought was that it would be weird to give a baby a dissolving tablet but when I looked at them I saw they are really small and I put one on my tongue and it almost immediately began breaking down. The directions say to place it under the baby’s tongue and I can see how that would work just fine. But you can also dissolve them in a teaspoon of water before you give them to the baby. If my girls were still teething I’d try them for sure.
