I try to find ways to save money on everything we buy, even on our splurges.  That’s why when I stumbled on this website, where you can buy discounted gift cards, I wanted to check it out.

Biddees is a site where you can bid on discounted gift cards and every time someone views the gift card, the price goes down by $.50.  Sounds great, right?  Well it’s not as simple as it sounds.  You need to purchase “Little Biddie Things” in order to view the gift cards, which then in turn lowers the price.

Before you stop reading, let me explain two more things.

1. When you purchase Little Biddie Things, a percentage of your money goes to a charity of your choice.  How nice is that!
2. When you sign up (which is FREE) you get 3 Little Biddie Things which means you can view 3 gift cards.

I signed up and received my 3 Little Biddie Things and I used them to view some gift cards and I made a purchase.  I go to Dunkin Donuts a lot, more than I like to admit but I love their coffee, it’s a nice treat when I’m out.  Since I’m going to spend the money anyways, I figured why not buy the gift card and save some money.

Here is what I got:

I saved $3.50!!  And when I register my Dunkin Donuts card, I’ll get another $2.00 added to my account. (See Dunkin Donuts for more details on that).

I did not buy any Little Biddie Things, I just used the 3 that I received when I opened my account.  However, I may consider purchasing some in the future to order more discounted cards and to help out a charity.
