If you live in Florida, Illinois, Indiana, New Jersey, Minnesota, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Washington you can participate in National Costume Swap Day! What a great way to recycle what you have and get something you don't!  The kids only wear them once, maybe twice so why not save some money on it.
