   I REALLY would appreciate some coupons for LACTAID (lactose free cottage cheese). The scdiet I’m on, requires us crohns patients to use dry curd cottage cheese. I’m unable to get it, so I rinse the heck out of the lactose free cottage. I’m NEW to this type of eating,but my health has improved dramatically. It’s the most difficult “diet” I ever been on! I’m unable to eat any form of sugar, except honey, and no wheat products,no dairy(except dry curd cottage cheese (which I’m doing myself)AND NOTHING PRE-MADE! I had to learn how to cook again.
