Crystal Light's New Webiste "Delicious Change" and A Giveaway ENDED

crystal lightHave you noticed that Crystal Light has recently made a few changes including changing their label?  They are also trying to encouraging everyone to “Make a Delicious Change” in their lives.  But they expect you to do it alone.  They’ve made a few more changes to show you how serious they really are:

  • Crystal Light has a NEW website Delicious Change which features a Water Way Challenge where you can pledge to drink more water daily, as well as a quiz, the Water Wisdom Assessment, to help you asses if you’re getting enough water each day.
  • Crystal Light has reduced its packaging and now uses 250 tons less packaging for a greener planet!!!!
  • Crystal Light now comes in over 30 sugar-free flavors including the new Skin Essentials drink mixes which help nourish skin with lutein and zeaxanthin from a natural plant extract, in addition to vitamins A, C and E.

    i learned that on average, a person loses 10 cups of water per day just by breathing, sweating and eliminating waste. i would have thought that number to be less, but i was wrong.

    I really like the new site and just joined. They are offering weekly giveaways and a grand prize. I took the quiz and missed the one about how much water you lose just breathing and sweating. That was surprising. It said I was as dry as the Sahara and should drink some Crystal Light. Thank you!

    I read that staying hydrated is just as important in cold weather as it is in the heat of August. Activities like sledding, skiing—even a vigorous snow ball battle—can leave you dehydrated. You need to drink your water…even in winter!

    I viewd the tips section and read the winter activity ideas they gave which were many, and the one about hiding colored golf ball s outside as an active play sport I thought was a good idea to get you up and moving in the cold dreary months for exercise which included setting a timer and seeing who cloud find the most colored golf balls. I will be going back to read more of those for more ideas because the winter times you feel like you have no options for exercise unless its done so in the house or gym and I found their plentyfull ideas for such very helpful espeacailly for kids that get so bored and have lots of energy they need to burn off, thanks. We love Crystal Light is this household!

    I learned a trick for keeping my moods in check—not just with Mom at the mall, but with anyone and everyone. What keeps me chuggin’ along happily is chuggin’ down water. When I’m sufficiently hydrated, I feel good.

    I joined up with the Challenge and then took the Water Test…ummm..YIKES! I thought I know more than I really did. You lose up to 10c. of water a day just breathing, sweating, etc. Good to know!
