1-FROZEN Box Art

This past week we had a girls night and I went out to dinner with my daughter’s.  We were talking about the movie FROZEN….. again.  They love it so much  and have asked me several times to see it again.  I told them I’d see about that but wasn’t sure if and when we’d have the time to go.   Besides, going to the movies these days requires us to take a small loan!  Then my little one asked when it was coming out on Blu-ray because she can not wait to watch it over and over again.

Trust me, once we have the Blu-ray she will watch it over and over again!

Then the next day I opened my email to an announcement that FROZEN will be out on Blu-ray Combo Pack on March 18th!   When she came home from school and I told her she was SUPER EXCITED!!!  She then went it put it on her calendar so she can count down the days.

Oh to be 6 years old again!

If you haven’t seen FROZEN it’s an amazing movie and I left there wanting more!  The beautiful story, the characters, the actors that voiced the characters, the music, the comedy…..in my opinion it was all just amazing.  I also can not wait to watch it again.  And while I loved Elsa and Anna and their wonderful story of sisterhood,  I think Olaf stole the show!  He was not only cute but extremely comical!

We have the FROZEN music CD and the girls play it just about every day and yes I do bolt out the notes just as high as they do.  The music is beautiful!!

The Blu-ray combo pack will also be filled with lots of extras that we are looking forward to seeing including the Original Theatrical Short – “Get A Horse”.  Other bonus features included are:

  • The Making Of Frozen (Blu-ray, Digital)
  • D’frosted: Disney’s Journey From Hans Christian Andersen to Frozen (Blu-ray, Digital)
  • Breaking The Ice – The Real Making Of Frozen (Blu-ray, Digital)

About FROZEN

Walt Disney Animation Studios presents a chilly twist on one of the most humorous and heartwarming stories ever told. “Disney Animation’s best since The Lion King” (William Bibbiani, CraveOnline) will melt your heart.

Fearless optimist Anna sets off on an epic journey — teaming up with rugged mountain man Kristoff and his loyal reindeer Sven — to find her sister Elsa, whose icy powers have trapped the kingdom of Arendelle in eternal winter. Encountering Everest-like conditions, mystical trolls and a hilarious snowman named Olaf, Anna and Kristoff battle the elements in a race to save the kingdom.
