Today I have a FREE Printable Water Intake Calendar for you.  This is something I find very helpful and I thought you might like it too!

I love drinking water but it has to be ice, ice-cold!  My husband will put one or two ice cubes in my glass then fill it with water but that’s not enough it has to be full of ice!  The colder it is the more I’ll drink.

Drinking water while trying to lose weight is extremely important.  Water will help fill you up so you eat less.  It will also help flush you out.   Of course the more water you drink the more you’ll be running to the bathroom but as much as a PITA that may be, it’s really good for you.   I actually feel great the days that I am running to the bathroom a lot because I know my body is getting the water that it needs.

Did you know that it is recommended that we drink 6 t0 8 eight-ounce glasses of water a day?

Drinking 6 to 8 eight-ounce glasses of water a day can be a challenge for most people.   All my cups are 8 ounces so once I know how much fits in a cup, I stick to that one so I don’t have to measure each time.  I bet if you measured out the water in your cups at home, most of them are 8 ounces too.   If you always have a glass of water next to you, you will drink more of it.

Print out this handy Printable Water Intake Calendar and then check off a box each time you have an eight-ounce glass of water.   You’ll find it’s not very hard to drink the required amount daily once you get going.   And if you are trying to lose weight, it’ll help you a lot.  Trust me as I’ve been dieting for a while now and I see a big difference in my weight loss the weeks I drink all my water and those I don’t.

Hang this in the place where you fill your glass.  It’ll make it easier to check off.  It’ll only take a minute and as busy as we all are, I know you have a minute to put in a checkmark or an X!
