This yummy, healthy frugal snack just popped into my inbox and I wanted to share it with you. I know my girls are going to love it! Apple slices dipped in yogurt then rolled in crushed popcorn!
Here is what you need:
- 2 medium apples, cored, thinly sliced
- 1 container (6 oz each) fat free fruit flavored yogurt
- 3 cups popped Orville Redenbacher’s® Smart Pop!® Kettle Korn Microwave Popcorn, coarsely crushed
Just cut up the apple slices (skin on or off which ever your little ones prefer), dip half the apple in yogurt then dip in crushed popcorn. That’s it. So quick and so simple and very frugal.
We have all the ingredients so I will be making this snack today.
