Print a coupon for $2.00/1 Rimmel Product. It says available at Walmart but it’s a manufacter coupon so you can use it anywhere. So print it out and head on over to Target to get it for only $.24!!!

Is this on sale in RI too? I don’t see it in the flyer. When Target that their coupon and Rimmel had their $2 facebook coupon, I still wouldn’t have made out because the mascara was $7 or so.
Kristin, I got the deal from someone else, I assumed it was at all the stores, she didn’t state it was a special. It’s probably a price drop.
