I received the LEUCHTURM1917 large journal white dots notebook for my review and I’m happy to tell you that the quality of this book is outstanding!  The hard cover is beautiful and perfect for this journal because if you truly are going to use it all year-long, it’ll need to be sturdy to last the year.   The large book measures 5.75′ x 8.25″ and has 249 pages which are numbered!  When you first open the book you’ll see a spot for your name and address and the next few pages are a blank table of contents.

The quality of the paper inside the journal that makes up the pages is really nice!  It feels good to the touch, if that makes sense.   They include some stickers that can be used on the book cover and spine when you are ready to archive it.

The dot design allows you to be creative along with writing.  I like that!  It also includes a bookmark to know where you left off and an elastic to keep the book closed.  I like both of these features and the elastic helps to keep anything inside you may want to include.

If you are looking to keep a journal that you will someday pass onto someone else, this is perfect for that as the pages are acid free and inside the back cover you’ll find an envelope where you can include some clippings, notes or whatever you’d like!  It’s a nice envelope that even expands so you can open it easily.

The LEUCHTURM1917 journal truly is a remarkable journal and if you gifted this to someone, they’d love it.  They’d also think you spent a lot on it but the large journal only costs $18.95!  Such a great price for a quality journal.
