My Thoughts:  I’m always trying to eat better, and this time of the year is by far the hardest.  Between the kids and all their after school activities, getting ready for the holidays and the cold weather (it makes me crazy and lazy!) – I don’t take as much time to make sure I’m eating right.  So something good, easy and convenient for on the go – is the perfect thing for me!

I was excited when I received some of the newly designed Slim Fast Shakes in a bottle that had a cover on it, because it made taking it with me so much easier!!  No worrying about it spilling it in the car, or tossing it in my purse half way through it now that it has a screw top cover!  And then there is the taste – the chocolate was smooth and yummy tasting and satisfying!  I’m so excited about this new bottle, I know it’s going to help me stay on track through this busy time of the year.
