I love HOT food…. but not too hot.  Just enough to give it a kick.  So I’d prefer to add the heat myself and for that reason I love TABASCO® Original Red because I can add as much as I want or as little as I want.  My favorite thing to use Tabasco sauce on is tacos or any Mexican food for that matter.  I can totally control how much I use, rather than wondering how hot the peppers will or will not be.
