I tried the yogurt and I love it. My favorite is the custard because it’s more of a dessert in my opinion, and one I don’t have to feel guilty about. Nancy’s book is perfect for a new or expectant mom but I enjoyed reading about her journey and found myself nodding my head, agreeing with her through most of the book. The yoga mat is great with the carry bag, I’ve always wanted to do Yoga so maybe this will push me to do it.

me and my hubby and kids stay active by exercising together.playing outside,going for walks and bike rides.
I bike a bit and also do EA Sports Active on the Wii. 🙂
We stay active the the Nintendo Wii, and have a blast at the same time.
Our favorite way to stay active is to walk around our neighborhood each day. We ususally walk about 2 miles.
I stay active by chasing my 11 month old! Oh, and does bargain hunting count? 😉
as a family we like to bike ride during summer and cross-country ski during the winter months

My favorite way to stay active is chasing my toddlers around.
I walk and go to the gym when I get a chance. My kids are all active in sports.
My favorite way to stay active with my family is to play freeze tag in my backyard. The kids love it and enjoy the activity.

i love to take my children on stroller rides, whether in be in our neighborhood or around the zoo!
Bike riding and swimming are our exercise of choice in the summer. In the winter, walking the dogs and going to our local YMCA.
I try and get to the gym at least a few times a week…and eat healthy!
My family and our dogs, aside from our every day walks, go to the trails every weekend and hike and dog park every Sunday. We ALL get our excercise! :)~

I walk twice a day for 15 minutes with co-workers and since I don’t have a car, I end up walking pretty much anywhere I can get to.
And I’m now a Facebook fan.
I try to take walks often with the double stroller as many times as I can to stay in shape. Other than that, I’m not really good at it yet…
