Some Facts on Eating Cereal and $1.00 Coupon from General Mills

by | , | 2 Comments

I love cereal and so does my 5-year-old.  She'll try any kind that I bring home and loves to snack on it dry any time of the day.  Before bed, every night both my girls snack is usually cheerios.  They love them and I love knowing that they are nutritious and healthy! The company has already been reducing sugar in cereals while increasing key nutrients, such as calcium and vitamin D, and providing whole grain. Did you know that ready-to-eat cereal eaters consume less fat, less cholesterol, and more fiber than non-cereal eaters? Cereals...

48 Hour Giveaway: BJ's Wholesale Club $25.00 Gift Card Giveaway ENDED

by | | 0 Comments

I don't normally shop at Wholesale clubs because I feel that I can save more buying items one at a time, on sale and with coupons so when My Blog Spark contacted me to see if I was interested in shopping at BJ's Wholesale Club to find out if the deals really were there, I figured why not.  They offered me a $25 gift card and a FREE 60 Day Membership. My husband and I walked the aisles of BJ's checking the prices and calculating in our heads to see if there really are a lot of deals there.  We are happy to report that we found some good deals, especially in their meat and deli departments. Land O Lakes Deli cheese was $3.59lb plus I had a coupon for $1.00 off a pound.  That was a great deal...

by | | 2 Comments

I was going through my supply cabinet this weekend and noticed that I have a lot of body wash, shampoo, conditioner, toothpaste, toothbrushes and dish detergent, just to name a few.  If most of you shop like I do, then you probably have a lot of these and other things too. Use Shampoo for hand soap and body wash and Body Wash for hand soap.  Unless you always use antibacterial soap for your hands, either one of these would work just as well. Use a toothbrush to clean around your sink facets and even your grout. I've heard you can use Dawn to...
