I just completed my 31st week on Nutrisystem and I'm excited to share that I lost 6.5 lbs for a total weight loss of 49.9 lbs lost.   You can imagine my surprise when I saw such a wonderful weight-loss after my first weight gain.  But like I said last week, I figured most of it was water weight, especially from flying the day before and it looks like I was correct.
