Quick Update!
I just wanted to pop in and let you all know I'm still here, but just haven't been online. The recovery is a slow process and I've been sleeping a lot from the pain meds. The pain seems to be easing off a little bit today but it's still very hard to drink or eat anything. Even ice cream. Nothing tastes good and everything turns my stomach so I'm trying my best to just force the water down. Thank you for all your kind words, well wishes and patience as I slowly get back on my feet. Seems like such a simple surgery but it's not as simple as it sounds. Eating ice cream all day sounds fun and simple too, but even that's not as easy as it sounds. But hopefully in the next few days there...

It's going to be a bit quiet here for a few days. I'm having my tonsils out tomorrow (Wednesday) and I probably won't be online much for the next few days. I'm not too sure what to expect as far as recovery since I don't really know many people who have had their tonsils out as an adult but they tell me the first few days are the hardest. I'm not going to leave you all hanging though. I'll be working tonight to schedule a few things and some of my wonderful blogging friends are going to to hack into my blog and keep you all updated on the hot stuff over the next few days.
