I'd like to explain some of the benefits of having a stockpile. You almost NEVER have to pay full price for something when you need it because you are stockpiling when things are on sale, and hopefully with a coupon. Yesterday I spent a portion of the day in Latham, NY at Price Chopper with the great gals of Cook's Ham and Price Chopper.  I totally didn't mind the 3 hour drive there and back, it was well worth it.  Plus it was quiet time for this mommy in the car, alone!!!
