This is a busy time of year for families and who feels like going out to eat on busy evenings!? I have a stash of quick beef dinners that I use this time of year and a lot of them contain beef for a few reasons. First of all, beef is affordable and almost always on sale, my family will eat beef so that's a plus and it's so easy to make.
