  My girls love taking vitamins and they remind me every day that they need their vitamins.  To them it's like having candy because their vitamins taste good.  And I'll admit, occasionally when I give them their vitamins, I'll take some too.  (I'm not as good about taking vitamins as they are!) Now that Thanksgiving is over, the holidays are right around the corner.  That means the hustle and bustle of shopping, parties, school events and trying to check things off our holiday to-do lists is just about here.
