Christmas Mantel Ideas for your Home

Christmas Mantel Ideas for your Home I'm always looking for Christmas mantel ideas.  I have two mantels in my house and plenty of decorations for them to look different.  It's seriously one of my favorite things to do besides decorate the Christmas tree, is to decorate my mantel.  One of them was the first thing I did this season too!  We didn't even have our tree up but I still decorated it.   That being said, I'm not into super fancy decorations.  I wish I was but I don't have an eye for it.  So I like to drool over other peoples mantels while going through Pinterest. Here are some of my favorite Christmas Mantel Ideas that I wanted to share with you. Snowflake and Mercury Mantel...

Red, White & Blue Jello Cups

Red, White & Blue Jello Cups

For our 4th of July get together a couple of years ago, we made these cute Red, White & Blue Jello Cups and they were a huge hit - with the kids and adults!  My friend made everything ahead of time except for the whipped cream and then we assembled them right before we served them.  They were simple and really yummy.   You could ultimately use any colors for this but we did the Red and Blue Jello since it was the 4th of July. Don't they look so pretty all together! We were trying to keep it low sugar or really carb free but she couldn't find sugar-free blue jello.  I can't remember the last time I had regular jello so when I got to the blue I noticed a big difference in taste but it...

4th Of July Quick and Easy Treats

4th Of July Quick and Easy Treats

This post is Sponsored by Aldi but my opinions are 100% my own! I love shopping at Aldi.  Especially when I am entertaining.  It seriously cuts my budget almost in half.   And they almost always have everything I need.   We love to entertain too so when ALDI asked me if I wanted to host a get together at my house this summer and shop at ALDI, I was all for it. My neighbors never shopped at ALDI until I starting having dinner parties and now they love it.   This time I picked a summer outdoor theme and we had hotdogs, hamburgers, chips, dips, drinks, and desserts.  I bought everything for the party at ALDI. 4th Of July Quick and Easy Treats The kids love lemonade so I picked up some...
