Thanksgiving Side Dish Recipe : Portuguese Chorizo Sausage & Apple Stuffing Muffin Cups

Since Thanksgiving is next week, I've asked my good friend Jennifer from Savor The Thyme to share with us some side dish ideas that would go great with you Turkey!  For the next few days I'll share one of her recipes that I would certainly serve at my house, and I may actually make some of them too! Everyone need a good stuffing recipe and if you, like Jen, prefer not to stuff it in the bird, these stuffing cups are for you. If you prefer, feel free to skip the cups and stuff this right into the bird after all. Check back tomorrow for another great recipe from Jen! Full recipe here.  Photo credit Jennifer from Savor the Thyme.
